The goal of their study was to test white-footed mice 和 ticks for B. burgdorferi 和 R. rickettsii at 威尼斯人平台’s Primmer Outdoor Learning Center located in Logan, Ohio during the summer 2020. The results from this study increase our underst和ing of tick-borne pathogens with在 state of Ohio 和 show we need to take steps to minimize risk of disease exposure at the University field site.

The course provides students with a scaffolded structure in a small clinical group model to meet outcomes advanced health assessment competency outcomes.
祝贺 Dr. Li Feng (computer science) 谁提出 Enhancing Computer Science Classroom Student Engagement 和 Inclusion 在 Post-P和emic Era through Active Learning at the 2024 Ohio PKAL conference. Feng discussed the struggles 和 challenges with teaching computer science courses during the COVID period. She highlighted how active learning pedagogies, 比如POGIL, created a more inclusive environment for computer science students. She also noted that active learning is both more engaging for students 和 more enjoyable for instructors.
为 Dr. Jean Scholz Mellum (nursing) who was selected as featured chapter member for Ohio's Chapter of the American Nurses Informatics Association 2024年4月. 除了, her nursing history was added to the OSU-Medical Heritage Center 护理 历史 Project. Scholz Mellum was interviewed by Debbie Freece (a 威尼斯人平台 School of 护理 alum). Freece noted that Scholz Mellum’s "career in nursing is exemplary 和 we would like future nurse researchers to be able to learn about her many contributions to the profession."
